"You need more time you just make it. You stretch it out a little bit. You need less time, you need something to come towards you faster, you pull at it a little bit. We'll learn how to do this. We'll be playing with that this year. In this exercise we are intuiting or feeling into "What is the right time?" rather than forcing it. It's nice to start with a gentle relationship with time where you're not upending it so sharply. But at the same moment when you're learning to bend time a little or feel into time like that, you're gaining the tools to shape it as well—to move it away from you or towards you—which is what you might call time travel." – Angel Raphael
