Ascension Accelerates

This is Angel Raphael. Ascension begins to accelerate in earnest in the next few hours and days.

It's not alarming, from angelic perspective, nor is it meant to be alarming from a human one. But when you have new energies coming in, they're new, right? So it may not always feel comfortable or "well."

When you're used to a certain temperature of air and the climate changes to winter, perhaps, there's this adjustment where it feels like: "What's this? I don't feel so well. I don't like this cold." But in that context, your mind knows: "Oh, it's winter, no problem. I'll put on another sweater, and within a week, I'll get used to chillier climate here."

Similarly, the energy changes won't feel so distinctly new for very long. You do acclimate. In the meantime, things may feel "unwell" like "this doesn't feel comfortable for me in my body."

If you can allow, use all of your tools of discernment and knowing. What's happening? Be curious. Or look around to those teachers and guides. There are many, many now who are putting up signposts to say, "here's what's happening right now."

Again, from angelic perspective, there's no reason for alarm here. We just want you to be aware and awake to the fact that you might feel not so well in the next few days because the energies are fluctuating in different patterns and frequencies than what you're accustomed to. It's really that simple.

And they are ascension vehicles. They're taking your physical self—your mental, emotional, physical, energetic selves—on a ride. So any of those parts of you may feel unwell. You may feel emotionally upset. You may feel physically tired, or odd. You may feel overly bright in your energy field, compared again to what you're accustomed to.

But please know that you will grow accustomed to these different frequency patterns of light. They are here for your ascension. It's not an accident, that you just need to hope that you get through all right. It is a blessing. It is a great gift of ascension.

And while it is in process, it may not feel very comfortable. So bigger picture can help if you're someone who likes to be in the mind: "Okay, this is taking us somewhere where I will like the frequency once I get used to it." That's a mental perspective.

An emotional perspective is: change doesn't mean harm, just means there's a fluctuation in frequency. I'm not used to receiving in my physical self, my energetic self.

For those of you quite visual, you might think "I'm a little bright. It's blinding." We don't mean it's affecting your eyesight negatively, but "Wow, what's happening and is this all right? I don't recognize myself. I'm glowing so bright."

Again, you get accustomed to the new ways of being quite quickly. So allowing that you don't have to like it or recognize it all right away. Just take a breath, a pause, a rest, to use your own facilities of discernment. "What do I know about this?" Look deeper into the energy or feel deeper into what's going on. "Where is this coming from. Where is it taking me?" And that may propel you into a very deep meditation or contemplation, which again, helps to carry you on this ascension ride.

We are here with you, and it's time to call on yourself as well. To recognize you were built for this time. You are activating many, many parts of yourself right now.

Birth, if you think about the human body giving birth to a child, that's not so pleasant for the mother or the baby while it's going on. But it's a deliverance. It's a change of state which is quite necessary and important for the child to go on to grow up. Within yourself, you are in a process of birthing into something new. In this case, essentially the old shell of yourself is the mother of you and the new you is the baby self which needs room to grow, which needs to burst out of its old energy in order to surge and grow into new light, new playfulness, new being.

So please don't be alarmed when there are frequencies of patterns of light of sound that don't seem familiar. Of course, they're not familiar. This is a time of ascension and a time of great change.
